Refund and Cancellation Policy
This page explains general cancellation and refund expectations in plain language. Final outcomes may depend on the confirmed rental agreement and actual rental circumstances.
Rental Requests
Submitting a website request is not a confirmed reservation and does not create a charge unless payment has been processed or a separate agreement exists.
Cancellations
Customers should contact Tampa Bay Equipment Rental as soon as possible if plans change. Charges may apply if equipment has already been reserved, delivery has already been scheduled, equipment is already in transit, equipment has been delivered, the customer cancels after the rental period begins, or special arrangements were made.
Deposits
Deposits, if required, may be applied to rental charges, held against damages or other amounts owed, or refunded according to the rental agreement and final charge review.
Refunds
Refund eligibility may depend on the timing of cancellation, equipment status, delivery status, rental agreement terms, payment method, equipment condition, and charges already incurred.
Early Returns
Early returns may not automatically result in a refund unless Tampa Bay Equipment Rental approves it under the circumstances of that rental.
