Delivery and Pickup Policy

Tampa Bay Equipment Rental may coordinate delivery or pickup in Clearwater, Tampa, St. Petersburg, Largo, Pinellas Park, Dunedin, Palm Harbor, Safety Harbor, Oldsmar, Brandon, Riverview, and nearby Tampa Bay areas, subject to scheduling and jobsite needs.

Customers are responsible for providing a safe and accurate address, clear unloading or loading space, gate codes or site contacts if needed, suitable ground conditions, required permits or access permissions, and availability at the site when required.

Delivery times are generally scheduled as windows, not guaranteed exact arrival times, unless Tampa Bay Equipment Rental specifically confirms otherwise.

Additional charges may apply if delivery or pickup is delayed by a wrong address, no access, unsafe conditions, locked gates, the customer not being available when required, equipment not being ready for pickup, or other jobsite-related issues.

Equipment should be ready, accessible, and in return condition by the agreed pickup time.

Delivery charges may vary by location, equipment type, distance, schedule, and rental details.
